Pastor Melvin Scroggins is co-founder with his wife Renda of Good News Apostolic Ministries.

Their mission is to reach the community in the area of North Fort Myers and beyond. Pastor Scroggins was born and raised in the Apostolic faith and wants to share the love and compassion of our Lord and savior.

Coming to the North Fort Myers area at the age of 7, Pastor Scroggins has seen the community grow and wants to help the community to grow in God.

Pastor Scroggins activity in the church started while in the 6th grade while serving in the music ministry playing the drums and he has continued that throughout his life in Christ and became a licensed minister in 2001.

Pastor Scroggins has spent his life with a passion for reaching the hurting and has radiated that through his sermons and outreach. To gain souls through love, guidance and most importantly the truth in Jesus Christ.
