DEBATEs and video responses

Published on Feb 1, 2018

Most Trinitarian apologists construct their own distorted view of Oneness theology and then attack that false view while pretending to have debunked Oneness. Pastor Steven Anderson is no different. He repeatedly affirms that Oneness Pentecostalism denies any ontological distinction between God the Father and his newly assumed human mode of existence as a true human son. In this video, Oneness apologist Steven Ritchie refutes Trinitarian theology from the scriptures cited by Pastor Anderson. For even the scriptures cited to refute Oneness theology actually debunks Trinitarian theology while supporting Oneness.

Mr Robert Skynner is one of many who are posting convoluted ideas about what Oneness Pentecostals believe on YouTube. Like most Trinitarian apologists, Mr Skynner also presents his own distorted ideas about what Oneness Pentecostals believe and then attacks his own straw man ideas while pretending that he has refuted Oneness Theology. This video soundly refutes Robert Skynner’s false views about Oneness theology while defending Oneness Pentecostal theology against common Trinitarian assertions.

Oneness Pentecostal Apologist Steve Ritchie’s response to Dr. James White’s YouTube Video, “A Quick Review of Oneness Advocate Steve Ritchie,” produced by Alpha and Omega Ministries. This video contains a point by point rebuttal of Dr. James White’s eisegesis of John 17 and Philippians 2 with video clips taken from Dr. White’s own Video: A Quick Review of Oneness Advocate Steve Ritchie.

Dr James White posted a video response against my video exposing Dr Edward Dalcour’s misquoting of John 17:5 and Philippians 2:6. Dr White further attacked my exegesis of John 17:5 and Philippians 2:6. Therefore I decided to respond with this video which clearly refutes the false Trinitarian eisegesis of these two passages of scripture.

A detailed response exposing David Bercot’s Semi-Arian teaching of the pre-Nicene Semi-Arians which is not true Trinitarian theology. The historical evidence proves that the Oneness Modalists were the Christian majority within the first few centuries of the Christian era and that the Nicene Creed is not a true Trinitarian Creed.

Ritchie (Oneness) vs. Morrison (Trinity). Oneness Apostolic Apologist Steven Ritchie defends the theological belief of Oneness Pentecostals against the Trinitarian theological view held by the majority of professing Christians.

Trinitarian Apologist Steve Morrison defends the theological belief that God eternally exists in three distinct Persons against the Oneness Pentecostal view that the only true God is the Father Who has manifested Himself as the Son in redemption and as the Holy Spirit in emanation.

Is Water Baptism Necessary For Salvation? Oneness Pentecostal Apologist Steven Ritchie affirms that water baptism through faith in Jesus is necessary for salvation. Evangelical Apologist Richard Bushey denies that water baptism is essential for salvation by affirming that faith alone brings salvation.

This Trinity vs. Oneness Church History Debate covers the first 300 years of Christian history. Oneness Pentecostal Apologist Steven Ritchie affirms that the majority of the earliest Christians (within the first 300 years) believed in Oneness Theology while Roman Catholic Apologist William Albrecht affirms that the majority of the earliest Christians (within the first 300 years) were true Trinitarians.

Oneness Apologist Steve Ritchie claims that there were no true Trinitarians living within the first 250 years of Christian history and that the doctrine of Eternal Sonship (timeless Sonship) did not begin until the mid third century. Trinitarian Apologist William Albrecht claims that the Trinitarian doctrine existed from the earliest days of Christian history.

The author (Andrew M. Denny) of the new book, “Decoding Precepts of Oneness Theology,” says that Jesus is not the Father and that God the Father merely indwelt the Son rather than being Emmanuel God with us as a man in the flesh. Since Andrew Denny states that Jesus is not the divine person of God the Father manifested in the flesh as an authentic human being, he is affirming a Unitarian Socinian theology which denies the divinity of Christ rather than a Oneness Apostolic theology which affirms the divinity of Christ. True Oneness Theology affirms that God became a son in the incarnation through the virgin and that God’s new human mode of existence was so fully human that he was also indwelt and led by the Spirit of the Father just like all true prophets were.

The scriptures affirm that Jesus Christ is fully God with us in genuine and full human existence. The Unitarian heresy affirms that Jesus is just a special man in whom the Spirit of God dwells whereas Oneness theology affirms that Jesus is more than just a man because He is God's new human mode/manifestation of the Father's existence in an authentic human life.

Unitarian Socinian author Tom Raddatz recently posted a scathing polemic attacking Oneness Theology and personally attacking Oneness Apologist’s Pastor Steven Ritchie and Pastor Mark August. This is part 1 of my six part response to Mr. Tom Raddatz. We trust that all Oneness, Unitarian, Arian, and Trinitarian viewers will see that the weight of the evidence proves that only Oneness Theology harmonizes with all of the scriptural and historical evidence.
